Chad Adams is the owner of Oakhull Investments, LLC, which specializes in land development and acquisitions. With over 20 years of experience in residential, commercial, and multifamily projects, he has overseen the completion of over $250 million in developments. Chad has led diverse projects, including a multifamily development and numerous single-family projects, partnering with top homebuilders like Bloomfield, Lenar, JH Houston Homes, Elmwood, Kindred, Altura, and other custom builders.

Prior to his development career, Chad served as the County Judge of Ellis County, where he restored public trust, improved the county’s bond rating, and spearheaded the sale of the Super Collider property. He also has experience in fuel distribution and commercial real estate development.

Chad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington and has pursued graduate studies at Southern Methodist University. He is a dedicated father of four and has been married to Gina Adams for 30 years. Active in both his church and community, Chad remains committed to quality development that enhances local economies and the quality of life for residents.

Lexie Adams earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2019. While working as an ICU nurse, she discovered a passion for entrepreneurship. She joined Oakhull Investments as a Project Manager in 2024, where she applies her skills and expertise to oversee and manage key projects for the company. She also works as the marketing administrator for Oakhull. She lives in Dallas and is devoted to working as a nurse in the surrounding communities.

Wes joined Oakhull in 2024 as Vice President of Land and Construction with nine years of experience in the residential industry. Wes oversees land acquisition, entitlements, and horizontal construction for Oakhull. He began his career as an independent contractor with Potter Concrete before transitioning to construction management and land development at John Houston Homes. He later played a pivotal role in launching the land division of John Houston Homes as a Land Development Project Manager. He owns Double Plow Construction, an excavation company that has grown rapidly since its start in 2024. Wes lives in Waxahachie with his wife and three kids.

Pam Adams began her career in 2019, working on HUD projects with Henry Building, where she gained expertise in Elations, the draw process, HUD inspections, and final audits. Over the next two years, she expanded her knowledge of land development and now serves as the Administrator at Oakhull Investments, where she oversees all office functions and ensures smooth operations across the company.
