Accredited Investors

An “accredited investor” is an individual or entity that meets certain financial criteria as defined by 17 CFR § 230.501, Regulation D of the Securities Act of 1933. Individuals may qualify as accredited investors based on wealth and income thresholds, as well as other measures of financial sophistication.
